Instructions on how to reserve team hotel blocks are outlined below.

OneHockey tournaments are “Stay to Play” meaning if a player lives outside of a 70 mile radius from the rink, they are required to stay at a participating hotel offered through GameTime Travel and the hotel accommodations must be booked using the GameTime Travel System. Team Managers will be responsible for securing room blocks for teams with GameTime Travel system. Upon registration, Team Organizers will be sent their team login information for the GameTime Travel system. The GameTime Travel system provides the Team Organizers with the ability to secure their team block online and manage team hotel accommodations.

Prior to the event you are registered for, a representative will be reviewing rosters and hotel reservations, to ensure that all players and teams are adhering to the Stay to Play policy.  Those who do not will be removed from the team roster without a refund.

No discounts, coupons, rooms booked on points, or other hotel rates may be used by tournament guests.

OneHockey Tournaments do NOT offer complimentary Coach or Team Manager rooms unless pre-discussed with our sales staff!
