Team OneHockey PLAYER PACKAGE

• Custom Sublimated Jersey, Socks, Pant Cover, Jacket and Cap
• 90 min practice the night before with your coach 
• 5 Games minimum during the tournament and up to 7 
• (2 X 20 min stop time period)
• coach flight and expenses

2020 UNIFORMS

• Everyone should arrive in Slovakia March 31st (opening ceremony @ 8 PM)
• Bus transportation from airport to hotel
• 1 warm-up game on March 31st (before the opening ceremony)
• Bus transportation to all games and back to the hotel 
• Local tourist activities and visits (TBD)
• 5 “HOT” Breakfast (at the hotel)
• 5 “HOT” Lunches (at arena or hotel - depending on game time)
• 5 “HOT” Dinners at the arena or hotel - depending on game time)
• 1 closing ceremony banquet
• 5 tournament games minimum and possibly 6 (2 x 20 min periods) 
• 2 coaches free of charge (group must have 30 attendees without the coaches) 

OneHockey WILL HANDLE 
Transportation 

• from airport to Slovakia (most will fly into Budapest). 
• from hotel to the arena
• to all local visits and activities
• (Air Transportation not included)

Meals
3 meals per day either at the hotel, arena or local restaurants

Accommodations
Double occupancy (father/son or mother/son) 

Local Cultural Activities 

Closing Banquet 
will take place the final full day of the trip
A 5-star meal with all you can drink adult beverages (wine and beer)

Medics

First Aid Medics will be onsite at all times during the tournament.  Your players will be in good hands.

Flight arrangements
Every player is responsible for arranging their own flights.
Teams will select the preferred flight for their players and travel together.

AIRPORT INFORMATION: OneHockey strongly advises that all teams and players wait to make their airfare reservations until 90 days prior to the tournament when all divisions have been confirmed.  OneHockey reserves the right to cancel a division up to 90 days prior to the start date of the tournament and will not be responsible for refunding airfare or travel costs associated with a canceled tournament or division.

TOURNAMENT RETURN POLICY: Team deposits and payments are considered non-refundable. Refunds for full teams will only be provided if OneHockey cancels the tournament or division your team is registered for. Any mistakes made by the applicant during the registration process shall be construed against the applicant and may disqualify the applicant's team or individual player from a refund. Any and all modifications to OneHockey's Return Policy must be made in writing and signed by applicant AND OneHockey.
